Is It A Full Moon...Or Just The Terrible Twos?

OK...here's how our day went with the twins. We woke up to 2 almost naked girls in their cribs with diapers hanging half off (no pee pee in the bed). We then had a fun day of hitting each other on the tops of the head (picture little bunny foo foo), stealing each others snacks and toys and running off with them, climbing into the kitchen drawers, emptying my spice drawer onto the kitchen floor, throwing toys down the stairs, pouring water out of the bathtub, and having EXTREMELY loud rounds of tag around the living room. We ended the day with a fun game of "Let's throw all of our rice on the floor and swipe it off the table with BIG hand sweeping motions," and then bath #2 after having a dirty dancing party with the plants and their dirt. SERIOUSLY???

OK...Last One!

Uncle Mark has been letting Jack and Molly create works of art on his computer and I thought I'd share. This on the heels of Jack telling me he wants to be an artist when he grows up and that his favorite artists are Michaelangelo, Kadinski, Cassat and Monet (he goes to a GREAT school)!

John and Nana

A few weekends ago, John's sister Christina, his parents, and Cousin Mallory came up to visit and we hosted a birthday party for John's Great Nana! She turned 90! I was asked to make the cake, which is a hobby of mine, and we had dinner and dancing :) Nana had a great time which concluded with her dancing to Beyonce's "Put a Ring on It!" I was so happy that we could help her celebrate such a huge milestone in her life!

Not My Birthday!

As many of you know, March is a VERY big birthday month for the Bradfords! We start on March 2nd with Miss Molly (who will be 4) and then to March 17th which belongs to my father-in-law. The next 2 days are John's cousin Mallory and Uncle Lynn's days. My Daddy's is the 21st...he'll be 59 and I don't like it ONE BIT!! Then it's Sophie and Macy's turn on the 23rd (my babies are gonna be 2) and not to repeat myself but I don't like that ONE BIT EITHER!! Then we have our good friend Brian on the 26th, which I almost had Jack on, but he was born one minute after midnight on the 27th. My first born sweet baby boy is gonna be 6!!! While I only have to throw parties for my 4, it's still a lot to think about and remember ( I had to consult my calendar for this post to make sure I didn't leave anyone out!)

So anyway, I changed the blog to honor all of these great birthdays coming up!! Have a great one!!

Winter Fun Day

We got about 2 inches last night! The kids were home from school and we took the girls out for their first romp in the snow! We didn't stay out too long as it was only 16 degrees!! The bummer of it all was that John is away on business and missed it all :( We miss him!!!

The driveway is a sheet of ice!

25 Things About Me

1. I have been kissing the same man for 17 years and I still like it.
2. I have 4 kids and have only been pregnant 3 times...it's the way to go!
3. I used to be REALLY shy.
4. I'm not really a social butterfly...much to my husband's annoyance. My idea of a great night out is dinner with friends and lots of wine.
5. I LOVE to shop for shoes and bags (purses,luggage,diaper...you name it)!
6. I am technically a middle child...Mallory is 10 years younger than me and Staci is 3 years older...but I still think I'm the baby.
7. So far I don't like my 30's more than my 20's...all those people who said I would are crazy!
8. My sweet Daddy has always given me whatever I want when I cry ;) Sometimes works on my husband but not as much!
9. I LOVE dark chocolate and always justify it because THEY SAY it's "good for your heart!"
10. Ever since my kids were born I have always wondered exactly who the THEY was in "They say..."
11. I am awful at keeping in touch...thank you FB...I miss you Michelle. Graduate school was such a fun time!!
12. I have been blessed to meet the 3 significant women in my life who I will always trust my heart too...lynn, cindy, and amy (you need to come back :( )
13. I was voted friendliest in high school...that still makes me smile :)
14. I love music! My kids and I have a nightly dinner ritual of cranking up Beyonce's "Single Ladies" and dancing around the house. My almost 2 year olds were in their cribs the other night saying over and over..."WA OH OH!"
15. I didn't vote for Obama but wish I would have.
16. I LOVE DISNEY WORLD!! I cry at all of the parades and fireworks...cheezy I know!
17. My family and close friends have always called me SheaShea...my sweet husband still does.
18. My children make me laugh every day...and yell...but mostly laugh!
19. If I were stranded on a deserted island I would want LOTS of books! My husband complains about how much i read...I guess I should be paying bills or something constructive like that ;)

21. I'm obsessed with Twilight. Read all 4 books in a 2 week period! :P

23. I struggle really hard to be the best woman, wife, mommy, sister,daughter,sister-in-law,daughter-in-law, co-worker, and friend I know how to be. I always want people to know that I appreciate them!

25. I have always thought of myself as a little dorky :)
